The Pick n Pay Track My Order mobile application provides PnP store managers and regional managers with a view on their PnP store Orders and Deliveries.
Registered users can see line item information on order quantities, picked quantities and delivered quantities. Users can also see whether their delivery has been dispatched as well as the Estimated Time of Arrival – if the information is available.
Colour indicators are used to show the status of Orders, Deliveries and individual Products. A Search function allows users to search for specific product items, like “tomato soup”, and see the corresponding Orders and Deliveries containing that product.
The Feedback function allows users to provide feedback on the accuracy and timeliness of their deliveries and the Contact Me function prompts the call centre to contact them directly.
